Payment Fees
Electronic check: A $1.00 fee is charged for payments made by electronic check.
Credit card: A fee of 2.65% of the transaction, with a $3.00 minimum fee, is charged for all credit card transactions.
The Clinton County Commissioners provide administration for the Martinsville Midland Sewer District.
